Week 2: Breaking Free From the Voice That’s Been Holding You Back

(Reprogramming Self-Limiting Beliefs)

This is an 8-week guided program designed to help you deepen your self-awareness, build meaningful daily practices, and connect with a supportive group on the same clarity journey.


Each week includes a 90-minute live session, practical exercises, and simple practices you can integrate into everyday life.


2. Who is this program for?

4. What is the time commitment?


Weekly commitment:

  • 90-minute live class

  • 15 minutes daily practice

  • One 20-minute peer call per week


The practices are intentionally simple so they can fit naturally into your daily life.


5. What if I miss a class?
 
All sessions are recorded, so you can always catch up if you miss one.


That said, the live sessions are an important part of the experience, so we ask participants to aim to attend at least 6 out of the 8 sessions.


6. How much does it cost?
 
The full investment for the program is $897.
During the launch period, you can join for $597.
